Unfortunately, you have none or very fewer chances to get admission in MBBS government college under unreserved category and state quota; if we will keep last year's cutoff in mind, at least 24025 rank was required.

For dental colleges, if you can apply for local quota;  you still have chances in GDCH, Hyderabad if consider last year's cutoff-

AU Quota- 61858 rank

SVU Quota-66071 rank
