yes u can, in view of the increased number of seats the diversity of range of ranks has increased, though many people have applied this year in view of the pandemic, still the basic rank to get cse ends at 45k, i'm sure it is a cake walk for your rank.

Your rank is good, but unfortunately not good enough to get you cse branch . You may get it if you stick to the last rounds of counselling but there is no surity for that, as the cut offs for cse is very high every year. You may get the other branches like ece, electrical or IT in the above mentioned college, or in some other college as well in the b category.
