With your rank in KCET you still have good options of colleges some are listed below:

• Malnad College of Engineering Hassan.
• Tontadarya College of Engineering gadag.
• Maratha Mandal College of Engineering Belgaum.
• Kls gogte institute of technology Belgaum.

If you are targeting more better colleges under KCET then you have option to drop and you can reappear for the exam, firstly I'll suggest you to look into the above colleges and find a better option for you then after you can drop and apart from KCET also appear for the national level exams.
