As till now, the ranks are not out yet so I assume ypu are referring from previous year trends. At this rank, you wont get a BDS seat in AIQ counselling UR category. Now the role of your state comes into play. If you are from a highly competitive state like Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Kerala you may not get a BDS seat at this rank. But otherwise you will surely get a BDS seat through your state quota.
