Based on your VITEEE 2021 Rank you can only get Non-IT branches atleast in round 2 or round 3 based on previous year's cut-offs through category 4. They may vary from year to year. If you want you can try category 5 where you need to pay 2.5 Lakhs extra per year for better branch.
