According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as it depends upon a no of factors such as no of applicants,level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity also ,last year cut off rank for unreserved category was 1353 so acc to previous years analysis you might not have a chance BUT also many new aiims are participating this year so you might/might not get  chance depending upon seat availabilty and how many students opt for them above your rank we might not be able to give you predictions for them as any previous year data is not available .
