I got 4311 rank in aiims UR, any chances of getting seat?

It's great that you cleared the AIIMS examination with such a good rank. Sorry to say but there are no chances of getting a seat in any of the seven AIIMS.
As there are only 600 seats in all belonging to the general Category-General .
