It is difficult for you to get a BIPC seat in Andhra University based on your AP EAMCET rank but you can get MPC.

The cut off for B pharmacy (MPC)  for the last round of counselling for BC-B category goes around 64369. The cut off by rank for the last round of counselling for  B Pharmacy (Bipc) for BC-B male goes around 10489.

You can try for B Pharmacy (MPC)
