With around 520+ marks in neet 2019 will I get a seat in kolkata medical college or IPGMER!

Let us first look at the previous year cut off marks for the colleges you mentioned -

1. Medical College, Kolkata
NEET Cut Off (Unreserved - State Quota) - 563/720

2. IPGMER, Kolkata
NEET Cut Off (Unreserved - State Quota) - 518/720

Assuming you are a general candidate and a resident of West Bengal, 520 marks may fetch you a seat in IPGMER.

My suggestion
Keeping in mind cut off varies from year to year, target for a score of 530+ for a sure shot selection in IPGMER, Kolkata or for a score of 570+, if you want a seat in Medical College, Kolkata.
