Your JEE advanced marks are very good so you could get admission in any IITs probably. In your preferable branches like C.S.E or Mechanical too. Now some of them are:-

First of all, congratulations on your result. Secondly, both the streams are equally good and have a very good course curriculam in one of the best institutes of the country. Computer science engineering is the most sought after stream among engineering aspirants as the placements and pay packages, offered to CSE graduates are slightely higher than the others.
