Sorry to say but with this rank you have very much less chances of getting admission into some decent NITs or IIITs but definitely you have very good chances of getting some other decent colleges. I refer you to go through the state counselling process it will definitely help you in finding some good colleges for you.

Also you should go through the last year cut offs of all NITs and IIITs it will clearify your all doubts about cut offs. the  link for it is given below you have some chances in some north east institutions but if you are ready for that go for that.

Hello,as you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category and for general category student at this rank your chances of getting any top Nit looks not possible, if possible branches would be biotechnology, production engineering.

At this rank you can get Nit Raipur,Hamirpur, Agartala, Jalandhar , Durgapur with lower branches and some North Eastern Nit like Sikkim,Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, also .

Chances of getting some IIIT like Agartala,Manipur, Nagpur, Ranchi, Kottayam, Bhagalpur looks possible.

But all things depends on cutoff and Cutoff changes every year.

So, wait till special round of counseling.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
