You are not eligible for JEE Advanced if you have not attended JEE Mains. Those who have cleared the cutoff that is minimum marks decided in JEE mains for JEE Advanced are allowed to appear in jee advanced. Your name has to be in those candidates who have cleared the cutoff. IF you don't attend the exam there is no point of having your name in the cutoff.
