Admission to medical colleges in India without NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is typically available only for non-MBBS courses like B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, and other paramedical programs. The fee structure for such courses varies by institution. For example, private institutions may charge anywhere between INR 50,000 to INR 2,00,000 per year , while government colleges are more affordable, with annual fees ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 for paramedical courses.

However, for MBBS or BDS admissions without NEET, international institutions or alternate programs are options, but fees vary widely.
