90 Percentile means that you have overall scored more than 90 percent of students who have appeared for the exam. So, the percentile is totally a relative phenomenon which not only depends on your score but also on the scores of all the candidates who are appearing for exam along with you. So, what I mean to say is that there is no fixed marks cut-off for any percentile mark. It changes every year depending on different parameters like the difficulty of paper, number of students appearing for the exam and the performance of the students.
Still, on the basis of previous year records, I can't surely say that you will get 90 percentile with only 110 marks. With 110 marks you can get around 85-90 percentile. This estimation is also on the basis of different analysis done by different coachings which can be completely wrong because no one can actually predict it correctly in anyway until we have the data of all the students.
All the best!!
