Good to hear from you. Congrats for the marks your son secured. 34K rank is a great rank which makes him eligible to apply for most of the top and good medical colleges in AP. But, in whatever the college he may get a seat, the respective college charges a tuition fee. In some cases, govt. bares the fee like for SC and ST candidate they don't need to pay any kind of tuition fee but for other categories state provides reimbursement. So, your son might get a concession in fee.
