SRM Univ. would be a good choice.  The infrastructure was formulated and inspired by the planning of the U.S.A. Capabilities like Wi-Fi connection, labs, good archives with publications are there.

Hostels are incredible, and the aspect of the diet is also decent.

Fun actions like singing, dance, painting, and athletics associations are offered here.

Professors are very experienced and helpful.

Placements are incredible too, last year 112 out of 138 students got placed in leading firms like ICF, Amazon, Paypal, Coca Cola, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The leading earnings offered were INR 50 LPA and the average was INR 7 LPA. Handful scholars from each dept. were accepted for their sem. abroad program to UC Berkeley, California, USA, and MIT.
