First of all you decide where would you like to study. In your city or move to a hub like Kota. If in your city, then you can join institutes like Aakash, Allen, Vidyamandir, Vibrant whichever is present, depending on its local reputation. Else you might go to hubs like Kota. The other new way is online platform like unacademy where they provide online coaching. Although these online sites are new, they too have some good faculty and can surely be helpful. Discuss with your guardians, friends, teachers and choose it.
The part of a coaching institute is only 10% , 90% is self hard work so concentrate doing best on your part too.

If your basic concepts are clear, you should make an effective study plan for your preparation. Practice previous year question papers and mock tests and focus on the topics which carry more weightage in the exam.
It has been analyzed that in the JEE Main exam, 71 percent questions comes from 22 percent of the syllabus so you should focus more on these topics.
