What are the easy ways to prepare for the NATA?

Kriya Design Academy 19th Oct, 2018

Kriya Design Academy is a leading NID, NIFT, UCEED, MITID, NATA Entrance exam coaching Classes in Pune.

6 Esay Tips  & Tricks fro NATA Exam :

1. Many of the students have false belief that if your drawing is good then half the battle is won already, which is not true. Drawing is not just simple drawing, it consists of 2D Composition, 3D Composition, Perspective drawing and many more such skills. Developing such skills requires practise and proper guidance over a period of time. The questions are also based on topics like effects of light and shadow, understanding scale and proportion, memory drawing etc.

2. Please understand that your drawing and creative skills are useless if you are not able to present your thoughts in limited period of time even if you are good at drawing. You can say that in Architecture this is the only way of communication. Completing your NATA Pepar in the given period of time is very important if you fail to do this you will lose your marks. So speed is equally important.

3. Be creative, there is no limit for been creative. Every student is different and is blessed with different skills and creative ability. One’s creativity has the ability to come up with new, original ideas which are not conventional. It is the breaking away from the stereotype, routine, accepted set of thoughts and possessing a deeper insight to problem solving. In short, a creative person experiences rebirth everyday with his or her ideas.

4. Go through all the previous year papers of NATA. This will enable you to comprehend the kinds of inquiries asked in the exam. Try to solve them in the given time period only, this will gradually improve your speed. You can find out the confortable sequence to answer the questions for your own. Don't practice in A3 size sketch books, work in A4 size as that is normally the standard size of answer sheets in the examinations.

5.Keep your knowledge up to date with regards to the famous architects and their work all over the world. Read newspapers and architectural magazines regularly.

6.Improve your observation skill which is very important way of learning and understanding in the field of Architecture.

Ncert of physics chemistry11th&12th is so boaring &difficult language .How I can read this....l am preparing for neet....Is example and

Neha Jain 19th Oct, 2018

Hi there.

If you find the NCERT boring then you should start with some other book first, for example, start with DC Pandey. This book has enough theory and lots of MCQs for practice including innovative examples and exercises questions of NCERT.

When you are done with 1 chapter from the DC Pandey read that chapter from NCERT twice and you'll be done.

The following books might prove helpful in your preparation.

First of all, for all subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, Biology study the NCERT books cover to cover at least twice. For Biology read NCERT as many times as possible. For only the text material of Biology, you actually don't need to refer to any other book. NCERT is more than enough for biology. You might doubt this but trust me NCERT is really really enough for Biology. I can't stress more on this FACT.

For Physics, after completing NCERT complete all examples and questions from DC Pandey Objective book of physics by Arihant publishers. Revise the material as much as possible.

For Chemistry, after completing NCERT, for physical chemistry do MCQ type questions from Vibrant Academy's book of Narendra Awasthi. It is a book for JEE but for NEET you only need to do and complete the TYPE 1 questions from that book and that will be enough. You will find direct questions in NEET from this book.

For inorganic chemistry, NCERT is enough. Read it as many times as possible. The same studying principle of Biology applies to Inorganic Chemistry as well.

For organic chemistry, solve Vibrant Academy's book by MS Chouhan. This book is specifically for NEET and will be enough to score high in the organic chemistry section.

For Biology, along with NCERT solve all questions from the book of MTG NCERT at your fingertips. Solve this book and revise it as many times as possible. You will end up getting more than 300 in Biology if you have an excellent hold of NCERTs in biology and if you complete the aforementioned book.

LASTLY, your preparation would be incomplete if you don't solve previous years questions. For that refer to MTG chapter wise previous year question for all subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

All these books are easily available in the market and online.

No one can stop you from cracking NEET if you diligently follow and solve these books as many times as possible.

Wishing you luck!

To achieve a good score in the exam you should have a plan to achieve it and a proper time table, with knowledge of important chapters which keeps more weightage and You should know which topic to focus upon smartly so that you solve maximum bigger mark questions.

Here are some of the prepeartion tips given below you can prefer:

Know your Syllabus Well: Before starting on the preparation process, there is one important step to be completed. Check on the full syllabus of JEE Main 2018 before laying out your schedule for the upcoming studies.

2. Work on a Time Table: After carefully checking the syllabus of JEE Main work towards creating a perfect timetable which will fit your schedule while leaving enough time to prepare for the examination within the days left. Make sure to add short and sweet breaks in between for some relaxation.

3. Make your Basic Concepts Strong: While it is essential to study the topics mentioned in the official syllabus, it is also advised to study the basic concepts well first. By knowing the basic concepts of the units involved in the examination, you will be able to understand each topics well and in depth. This will result in a greater understanding of the topics and will make it simpler for you to study complicated concepts present in the syllabus.

Revision: While studying it is important to revise those topics which has already been studied. It is advised that each day, a certain amount of time should be divided for revision purposes. Revision is very important as the syllabus is quite vast and all topics have similar importance level which has to be remembered and known by you.

Im I PUC I go to college morning at 9 come evening at 8.how can I study for JEE MAIN. please help me. guide me how to prepare by self study

Saurabh Kumar 16th Nov, 2018

Hello Bhimaray,

In order to score a good marks in JEE, the following tips could be very helpful for you-

The main thing is that you have to build your concentration level, then only you can stay focused on your goal. I would like to say that please limit the study time between 10 to 12 or 13 hours (study time of school+coaching+self-study) and please increase your concentration and speed of reading, understanding and solving the problems then you will not face any kind of difficulty.
For preparation of exam, the most important thing is your confidence after that you should know the whole syllabus and make your plan properly for learning new chapters, solving the numericals and revision. All three things should be the part of your preparation strategy in daily routine.
Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std. You should read the NCERT books for basics. Then HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Mathematics, OP Tendon for Physical & Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry of "Arihant Publication" for detail or extra knowledge.
You should also try to solve the previous years question papers, this helps too much and you should also give the mock test to rectify yourself and build your confidence level.
