Hello,
How many hours you study doesn't matter but in that hour how much you studied matters a lot.So prepare a proper timetable and study accordingly forthe NEET exam.Start from basic books like NCERT then only refer to other books.Solve previous year's questions to get an estimate of questions.

To apply for NEET, a candidate must have an aggregate of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The score of maths is not required. So if you fulfill this criterion, yes you are eligible.

Definitely you can. You should analyse all previous year papers and examine pattern and solve according to it. Make list of all committed mistakes and study answers andmake revision notes. 

Use proper study material and go for grpup doubt solving with colleagues .

Hi Aspirant,
For appearing in CAT, the criteria is you have to get 50% in your graduation.
So,there is no harm in preparing for CAT,however you will only be eligible to appear once you complete your graduation or are in there the final year of graduation.
