How many hours you study doesn't matter but in that hour how much you studied matters a lot.So prepare a proper timetable and study accordingly forthe NEET exam.Start from basic books like NCERT then only refer to other books.Solve previous year's questions to get an estimate of questions.

To apply for NEET, a candidate must have an aggregate of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The score of maths is not required. So if you fulfill this criterion, yes you are eligible.
