Crack Exam
Hello centuria,
You have just 1 year to prepare for neet. First of all if you are a beginner, go through or study the concepts in NCERT books. These books are enough for qualifying neet. If you want to crack neet with high marks then go for other best books. Take mock tests weekly. Note down the important formulae. Prepare well and be confident on your preparation then you will easily crack neet.
All the best!
HI Ishaan,
Cracking JEE Advanced is not a one shot process. It requires continuous hard work, determination and dedication to succeed in it. Practice as much numericals as you can and get your grip over theoritithe concepts which JEE Advanced required the most. Study from books like Irodov, Haliday Rensick, M.L. Khanna , H.C. Verma to get throughout knowledge over the subjects.
ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR SUCCESSFUL CAREER.
Hello Padhamavathi,
NATA stands for National Aptitude Test for Architecture, which is a national level exam for admission into colleges with B.Arch and B.Planning courses.
NATA has 3 parts, maths, general aptitude and drawing.
Drawing though might not seem like it but is very important for not only the exam but also future studies.
I would suggest working on your mathematics and practising aptitude questions for at least 4 hours a day. The drawing has to be improved too. It should be engineering in type and not artistic. There are several aspects to the drawing that has to be worked upon. Please refer to the following link for more details on NATA - https://engineering.careers360.com/exams/nata
Personally, I would like to suggest you something else also. Please try to give the JEE MAINS paper 2 also. This is the exam that can help you get into some NITs.
Hope this helps and Good Luck!
Yes absolutely. Make sure at the same time you set your priorities well as per how much time to be given to BSc. You will be shocked and excited to know I've prepared for neet examination when I was in the first year of "ENGINEERING". so alongwith BSc you can do it for sure; atleast if you don't make it you will have a backup option ready. But let's be optimistic, study well study harder analyze what went wrong this year and don't repeat those mistakes next year and show the world that you are a confident person in yourself.
Best wishes. All the best.
The books needed to prepare well for NEET are:
Biology
Read NCERT as many times as you can and give special attention to diagrams. It is the OFFICIAL syllabus of NEET so its obvious you need to know this book clearly well.
Read Trueman’s biology this is a great book to follow and the knowledge is best given here.
If you go for tuitions read those notes too. They have many shortcuts and Important questions.
2. Chemistry
Read your tuition notes thoroughly and you should remember them.
Go in for Chemistry by GRB Publication. You can get GRB for individual sections of chemistry too like Organic, Physical, Inorganic. This book is awesome.
3. Physics
Buy HC Verma, this is a tough book you'll need to have clear concepts before going for this book.
Get the Arihant/GRB physics book. I found them better. Do as many numericals as you can.
Get your concepts clear by reading your tuition notes too. These notes are also great.
Solve as many previous year's papers as you can.
Dear Anmol,
Without studying in coaching you can also crack CAT. Going to coaching is not the gateway to crack CAT. Stragegy and knowing your exam is the key to crack CAT. Generally there are four parts in CAT Exam: VA/RC & LR/DI. See the pattern of each and every topic and start preparing for the exam.
Tips to crack CAT:
- Clear your Basics: The first thing should be to clear your basics in each part. If you know your basics you can solve any complex problems.
- Time block : Keep a slot for each and every part. For example, if you study 4 hours a day, then you can allocate each hour to each part. Like 1hour to VA, 1hour to RC and so on. In that way you can give time to each and every topic. You can also time block for a particular topic. For example, you can give 15 mins to learn vocabulary everyday and another 30mins to practise comphrehension.
- Mock test: Give mock test regularly. Or atleast once in 2 days. There are many online mock test available. Also if you donot want coaching, but you can apply for mock test in those coaching. Mock tests are important, because that will help you in learning your weak points. You can focus on that weak point and improve.
- Make a plan and set goals: Make a monthly, quarterly and half-yearly plan. Make goals for each and every month. Keep a track whether you have reached those goals by end of that month. In this way you can complete your syllabus less stress-fully.
- Believe in yourself : I feel this is the most important thing. If you don't beleive in yourself, you will loose confidence.
- Keep calm and motivated: Mental health is important when its come to one of the most important competitive exam. Hence keep your calm and motivated. You can do it.
Let me know if you need any more help !!
