Sir in NCERT syllabus the solid state chapter is removed so I will prepare for solid state for JEE main and advanced (prepare or not)

As of now syllabus of JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2020 hasn't been released yet. And now since CBSE is not making question paper, I would suggest you to not leave it for the end. It's an easy chapter and requires a little bit of time. Below is the link for the official syllabus of JEE MAIN 2019, refer to it in case of any doubt:
