Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 19th Jan, 2021

hi,

see sc candidates get fees concession of tuition fees, however for self financing college or private college , generally category wise fees concession is not allowed. if a students failed in main examination , he/ she can reappear in supplementary examination. however if the students again not passed in supplementary exam, are eligible to appear in the subsequent main examination of his/her junior batch. now fees structure would depends on college regulations or university regulations.

b pharmacy is course tough or easy ?what is the exam pattern in 8 semesters can I complete this course in 4 years pls reply and give me tricks,strategies to study b pharmacy 1st semester student

theeanonymous 11th Jan, 2021

Hello Aspirants,

A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree helps you enter the Pharmacy sector in Medical and Health Care Industry. This degree includes core subjects like pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacognosy. Coming to the exam pattern, it is a 4 year course and as per semester system, you will have exams at the end of the semester. Even throughout the semesters ,there will sessional exams which will include theory and practical examinations along with viva . The marking scheme and exam timings may vary with colleges.

Communication skills ,good memory skills
medicinal and scientific research skills are some of the skill needed for pharmacy field.
The B Pharmacy syllabus varies from college to college as different institutes have different purposes. Some colleges focus more on research aspects while some devote time to practical knowledge.Hence, it is better to visit the official website of the college you are going to join ,in order to see the exact syllabus.
In general as far as semester 1 is concerned , the following subjects will be covered

Pharmaceutics-I (General and Dispensing Pharmacy)
Pharmaceutical Analysis-I
Inorganic Medicinal Chemistry
Remedial Maths and Biology
Mathematics and Statistics

Now whether it is going to be tough or easy depends your capability. If you have a good grasping power and is good with chemistry , you might find it easier but anyways the course will not be that tough to handle. However, irrespective of all that , anything will become easy of you are hardworking and dedicated to it. In order to graps the topics better while taken in class , you can read about it in advance before going to class. Likewise , do not wait till the previous day of exam to cover your portions , study on a daily basis , that will be more than enough. Likewise, before attending the semester exam, try getting your institution's previous year question papers from website or seniors and solve them , it will make you more confident. Besides a general say is that it is easy to pass in B.Pharm ,so you will only have to focus on scoring beyond that.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 10th Jan, 2021

Hi

In your JEE Mains 2021 examination paper 1 , there will be a total of 90 question, out of which 75 questions are  to be attempted

And these questions are from three subjects :-

*  30 questions from physics.

* 30 questions  from Chemistry .

* 30 questions  from maths.

The 30 questions  in each Subject,  will be divided into two sections -

*Section A :- A Section will contain 20 MCQs or multiple-choice questions. Four options will be there  out of which one will be correct . And you have to choose the correct option.

* Section B :- it will contain 10 questions whose answer is a numerical value , no options will be there ,  you need to enter or type your answer  i. e numerical value .You  have to attempt only 5   questions out of the  total 10 numerical value questions .

So, out of 30 questions in each subject only 25 questions are to be attempted, so in total  25 x 3 = 75 questions out of 90 questions are to be attempted.

Each question carries 4 marks

Exam is conducted for a total of

= 75 x 4
= 300 marks

Marking scheme :-

*four marks will be awarded for your every correct answer
* 1 mark will be deducted for your every wrong answer in case of section A /MCQs
* no marks will be deducted for your wrong answer in case of in case of section B/numerical value question
