Fees
Hello,
With a WBJEE rank of 25,678, you have chances in some private engineering colleges for B.Tech CSE or EE within Rs. 4 lakh tuition fees (approx. Rs. 1 lakh per year).
Some suitable options are:
Narula Institute of Technology, Agarpara – CSE possible, total fees around Rs. 3–3.5 lakh.
Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata – CSE possible, fees around Rs. 4 lakh.
Asansol Engineering College – CSE/IT possible, fees usually under Rs. 4 lakh.
Adamas University – CSE/EE may be possible, but fees can go above Rs. 4 lakh, so confirm before applying.
Government colleges like KGEC or CGEC generally close below 10,000 rank, so not possible at your rank.
So, your best chances are Narula Institute of Technology, Heritage Institute of Technology, and Asansol Engineering College within Rs. 4 lakh budget.
Hope it helps !
If you join a self-finance MBA course , you will not get full fee reimbursement . For SC/ST students, the government gives full fee reimbursement only in regular (non-self-finance) courses .
In self-finance courses, you may get only a partial reimbursement (around Rs. 35,000) and the rest of the fee has to be paid by you.
Since you are SC and a girl with rank 966, you can get admission easily, but full fee reimbursement will apply only if you choose a regular seat, not self-finance .
Sorry, but round 1 MHT CET seat allotment has not been allotted yet. Although the expected date of this seat allotment is August 20, 2025. You can visit this official website: https://cetcell.mahacet.org/ to get updated about the release date.
I hope it will clear your query!!

For colleges admitting students under management quota, education fees are typically higher and often structured as year-wise payments. Some colleges allow annual installments or semester-wise payments, but this can vary widely. Always confirm with the college admission office for the specific fee structure and payment schedule.
