Quickest way to revise all the IITJEE syllabus

Anonymous 20th Dec, 2016
Do Not Learn Anything New Your revision time should be used to literally redo previous work done, regarding subject topics and be thorough with what you've already learnt. Learning something new may also weaken your confidence at this point. Go through Revision Notes and Flashcards This is the ideal time to go through your previously prepared notes. This process helps to strengthen concepts in your memory and therefore applying them becomes easier. If you have not prepared flashcards, do not waste time in preparing them now. Although flashcards would've made it easier for recollection, your notes will also suffice. Practice Practice application based questions from previous papers as much as possible. You can switch between the following types of topics Topics you are strong at- Helps to gain momentum Important Topics- Refer previous year papers Hard Topics Other Topics Mock Tests Do not forget to attempt sample mock tests. These tests should be attempted for know how to manage time and pressure of the actual examination. Therefore, you should set conditions as ideal to the actual situation with no distractions. Prepare a schedule/ timetable Prepare a schedule or ask a mentor to prepare one for you. Schedule all your breaks, sleep cycle and study time in this timetable and make sure you stick to it. Set goals and include it as part of your schedule. The goals you set can be daily or weekly depending on your comfort. Set appropriate time limits to practice questions and ensure that this skill helps in time management during the actual JEE exam

Can I get an NEET MBBS seat by just attempting only biology and chemistry 100 percent and not physics?

Anonymous 14th Dec, 2016
If you want to score good marks you need to attempt all the three sections. To crack Physics you should consider below points- **Conceptual Clarity** : Previous years' papers analysis suggest that areas like Mechanics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electrodynamics and Modern Physics are the most important areas from NEET perspective. You must focus on clearing the concepts related to these topics. Learning only the theoretical part is not going to help. Additionally, you must learn how to implement the concepts in solving the numerical problems and MCQs. **Refer Right Preparation Material: ** You must refer to NCERT books for understanding concepts and additionally, you must solve all the numerical problems from NCERT since a lot of questions are picked from NCERT book in NEET exam. **Practice**: You must practice a wide variety of numerical problems based on the different concepts in order to attain firm grip in various topics. You must additionally follow 1-2 standard competition books for practicing MCQs. Dedicated Practice will help you learn how to implement the concepts in solving the questions. Exposure to a variety of questions will help you answer accurately and speedily. **Take short notes**: You must take short notes of important formulae, theorems and concepts. This will greatly boost up your revision during exam preparation **Solve Previous year question papers**: One of the best way to prepare for Physics section is to solve and analyze previous year question papers of AIPMT. **Thorough Revision**: You must revise and recall the concepts, formulas and theories on a regular basis which will help you remember the topic for a longer duration. A regular revision will greatly help to reduce burden during exam time. **Take online Mock Test series**: You must attempt mock test series on a regular basis as this will help you analyze your preparation level at every stage and will help improvise on weaker areas.
