I have applied for CHSL 2020 but I did a minor mistake my matriculation(10th) passing year is wrong, I put 2017 instead of 2014 which is my passing year and everything is correct, will my candidature will be cancelled?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 12th Dec, 2020

The instructions state that there is no correction window for SSC CHSL application form. The form must be filled correct so as to avoid any rejections. The instructions state that if at any point in time, it is found that Candidates have entered wrong information, the candidature is likely to be cancelled. In your case, though the rest of the application form is correct, if the year of passing has been entered wrong, the chances of the candidature being cancelled are high after document verification because if selected, this might determine your seniority during promotions. So what we would suggest you to do is to register afresh using a new email id or mobile number and then fill in the application form again. The application fee is nominal and is Rs. 100 and so it is financially feasible too. It is better to fill a new application than losing a candidature for a small error. Please read our article for more information as how to fill in the application form: https://competition.careers360.com/articles/ssc-chsl-application-form

Ive passed 10th in 2017 and that time I got the result in CGPA. What to fill in SSC marks details in individual subjects in MHTCET counseling registration?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 12th Jan, 2021

Hi

It's easy to convert , your CGPA into marks

Your marks

= Your Cgpa x 9.5

For example,

If you have got 8 Cgpa in maths in your 10th then your marks in Maths will be

= Your Cgpa x 9.5

= 8 x 9.5

= 76 marks

So, in this way you can get your marks for individual subjects and even for your overall percentage in 10th you need to do the same.

For example,

If you have got 9 Cgpa in your 10th

Then your percentage in 10th will be

= 9 x 9.5

= 85.5 %

If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you

I am 2017 12th Passed out, I want to do LLB Curse in Private without any entrance exam . Is there any possibilities?

DrTeeth 7th Dec, 2020

Hi! Even though you might not have to give the common law admission test(CLAT) for some private colleges, but they might conduct their own entrance examinations which may have the patterns similar to clat but with a lower difficulty level. Not many universities do this,  there are some private universities.

even though you might not need to give clat, you might be needed to appear in a separate exam for admission.

Hello Aspirant,

See Staff Selection Commission has extended the last date of application to December 19th 2020 and it does not provide correction facility in application form of  SSC CHSL so if any mistake has been done then your form might be rejected so to prevent the rejection I would recommend you to fill up a new application form using another E-mail Id and Phone number before December 19th i.e. tomorrow with all correct details including your photograph and signature if you have submitted the application form and if not then you can edit the same . The application fee is also very minimal which is of Rs. 100/-.

Complete application process for SC CHSL is described below :-

  • You have to fill the registration form very firstly.
  • To register, you will have to enter your basic details.
  • On submission of the registration form, your registration ID and password will be generated.
  • Now you should proceed to upload your photograph and signature. The size of the photograph should be between 4 KB to 20 KB while signature should be 1 KB to 12KB.
  • To fill other details in SSC CHSL application form, you have to login with your password and registration ID which which was obtained in Step 3.
  • After filling the application form, you have to pay your examination fees either online or offline which is only Rs. 100/- but note that for payment last date is December 24th.
  • On successful fee payment, the application process is complete and then you should take printout of SSC CHSL application form.

I have completed my 12th in 2017 and after 3 year diploma in 2020. am I eligible for jee main exam?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 1st Dec, 2020

Hi

Eligibility criteria says that to be eligible  for JEE mains 2021 for BE or Btech you just must be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent  in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019 with Physics,  mathematics and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject

So, as per your 12th qualification you are not eligible for jee mains anymore as you have passed it in the year 2017 according to which you were eligible for JEE mains only till 2019.

But yes,

3 year diploma is equivalent to 10+2 , and as per eligibility criteria of jee mains, students with Diploma recognised by AICTE or recognised by a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration are eligible for jee mains examination.

so, now that you have completed your 3 year diploma in 2020, yes you were eligible for JEE Mains 2020, and yes you are also eligible for JEE mains 2021 and 2022 with your diploma qualification.

For details visit the official page at

Thankyou
