As per the norms it doesn't matter whether your ST certificate in hindi or english. Just make sure your ST certificate made from central government, not from state government and kindly update your certificate before JEE Advance as it requires the caste certificate must

In most of genuine cases there is no issue with that, you have corrected it finally that's good. But if any higher examination authority or any competent authority asks you to submit your marksheet, then you have to give a valid reason of not being able to correct the mistake
