In careers 360 website, there will be two types of ranks, i.e., opening rank and closing rank.

Opening rank means the first intake rank and the closing rank refers to the last intake rank. For example, the opening and closing ranks are 1 and 1100 which means 1 is the first intake rank and 1100 is the last intake rank. Those who are between 1 and 1100 will get CSE seats. Those who are above 1100 will not get CSE seat.

see the maharastra department of technical education has reopened the official site to confirm registration and confirmation of application, the site has opened on 14 august 2021, and would close on 16 august , 2021 at 11.58 p.m, Corrections can only be made in certain fields, and not in all fields.

so you must login to your account and check for correction.

As far as my knowledge is concerned in the year 2020 the registrations were a bit low and due to the covid-19 pandemic many had taken a drop and we got to see a increase in the number of applicants in the year 2021.

Generally, in these 3 consecutive years around 10-13L registrations were noticed. However in the year 2021 it was increased a bit.

With reference to your query , I would like to aware you that domicile certificate validity is for lifetime  . You dont need to worry at all ,caste certificates do have validity but domicile is valid for lifetime
