No, you cannot do M.Tech in CSE after B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering because according to the eligibility criteria, you have to pass B.Tech or B.Sc in Computer Science with minimum marks of 55 percent.
Instead, it is advisable to go for M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering if you score a minimum of 60 percent in B.Tech Agriculture Engineering. You will get job opportunities like Breeder, Agronomist, Corporate Sales Manager, Research Scientist etc with an average salary of INR 150000 to 300000.

These two courses have different scopes and job profiles.
The eligibility criteria for both these courses is 12th standard pass students with PCM or PCB combination of subjects. The candidate should have scored more than 60% for the agriculture course (55% for the reserved category) and above 50% for the water management course.
B.E in Agricultural Engineering has better scope and job requirements as India is a promising agricultural-based country.
Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering is a 4 years degree course that focuses on using engineering principles in the field of Agriculture.
Various entrance exams happen for this course such as ICAR AIEEE, JEE, OUAT also happen on the individual state or university level.
