Your gate score is 784.Last year cutoff for AAI was around 50.33 so you have a chance to get AAI.you have also chance to get other PSUs.you can check here

This year both AAI and ECIL will recruit on the basis of gate score unlike last year. But ECIL more is preferable if want to have touch with the technical aspects and AAI job is a little official type.So, it totally depends on you where to join for the job.
