Is aiims nursing exam is easy than neet

Riya Dhoot 5th May, 2025

Hello Ramita,

the AIIMS BSc Nursing exam is generally easier than NEET because it has a more focused syllabus and less competition. NEET covers broader topics in physics, chemistry, and biology with a larger number of candidates. however, AIIMS nursing still requires good preparation, especially in biology and general knowledge.

Which aiims will I get in 680 marks

harsh singh 4th May, 2025

With 680 marks in AIIMS, you have a good chance of getting into AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Jodhpur, and other mid-tier campuses, especially if you belong to a reserved category. For top campuses like AIIMS Delhi, 680 marks may not be enough, particularly for the General category.

How many marks do I have to score in neet UG to be accepted in AIIMS guwahati? St(h) category!

SUKRITI GUPTA 3rd May, 2025

o get accepted into AIIMS Guwahati under the ST(H) category through NEET UG, it's challenging to provide an exact mark as the cutoff varies each year. These cutoffs depend on several factors, including:

  • The difficulty level of the NEET UG exam that year.
  • The total number of candidates appearing for the exam.
  • The number of ST(H) category candidates.
  • The number of seats available in AIIMS Guwahati for the ST(H) category.
  • The overall performance of candidates in the ST(H) category.
  • The cutoff trends of previous years.

However, we can look at the previous year's data to get an idea of the rank required, which can then be correlated with marks.

According to the NEET UG cutoff 2024 data, the closing rank for the ST category in AIIMS Guwahati in Round 1 was 54515 .

Looking at the NEET 2023 cutoff, the closing rank for the ST category in AIIMS Guwahati was 53025 in Round 1 and 54941 in the last round.

While the exact marks corresponding to these ranks fluctuate yearly, based on these ranks, you would have likely needed a score somewhere in the range of 550-580 marks or possibly slightly higher in NEET UG in recent years to have a good chance of securing a seat at AIIMS Guwahati under the ST category.

For NEET UG 2025, it's advisable to aim for a score significantly above this range to increase your chances, as competition can increase.
