As of last years data and the placement track of 2016 batch (who gaduated in 2020),
the highest package stood at 4.2lpa while the average salary was 3.5lpa.
Colleges do not generally reveal data abour department wise placement situation. So it will be tugh for you to know about placement in one particular branch of engineering.

BSC in textile and apparel design is a three years undergraduate course. Eligibility for the course is to pass xii board with minimum 50% marks in home Science ,/ arts/ commerce.

B.Sc. Textile Design or Bachelor of Science in Textile Design is an undergraduate Fashion and Interior Designing course. Textile Design covers the study of the concepts and processes of creating designs for knitted, woven or printed fabrics, embroidery designs, print, weave, colour detailing, texture, etc using scientific principles and computer applications. The B.Sc. (Textile Design) degree course involves the study of technical aspects of production and the properties of fibres yarn and dyes. The course trains the student in all interconnectivity techniques related to Textile design integrated with computer application in the textile design process. B.Sc. (Textile Design) degree course also covers the study of some of the specialized fields in Textile Design such as Interiors (home furnishing) and Fabrics for garments and accessories. The course is three years duration and career orienting in nature.

Yes, delhi university offers the Marketing management and apparel design & merchandise degree on ug & pg courses. The eligibility for this course is to have 10+2 degree for any recognized institute with minimum of 60% marks. Also you have some points to be remembered like, creative and artistic skills, good communication skills, perseverance, drawing sketching and quick learning.

NIFT will be best option for Bachelor's of Design. Scope is more as there will be more job option after UG course completion. if you pursue BSc then you have to do MSc to get better job options. After BSc , job options are available but it will make you more. it will all based on your luck.
NIFT is famous in india and get sponsorship from different organization. You will learn concepts and you can use them to show your skills. You can be innovative so that you can increase your market value.
