Architect
Hello Rachit,
For the information provided by you about your JEE and NTA Score, it is pretty obvious that your score is a decent one. However, expecting to get a government college is a thing that every oe wants, and can only be acclaimed by some. So, nothing can be said abut the cut of trends as they tend to change every year, but, you could be getting a government college at this much score as per the last year cut off trends. All the best!

look for private colleges and their previous year cutoff for NATA score and state university entrance exams. Now a days private colleges are also as good as IITs in terms of education and exposure. The major difference between govt. colleges and private college is the fee structure. In govt. colleges which are covered in JEE you can complete your entire 5 year course in INR 50,000 to 1.5 Lac including hostel fee etc. On the other hand in NATA covered private college INR 1.5 Lac is fee for each semester plus hotel and living. Some private colleges also have lower fees like 75,0000 per semester. State funded govt. colleges have fees requirements form INR 5,000 to 35,000 per semester. But since you didn't scored to the level of jee you would not be elligible for government college.
Hello Aspirant,
You can try applying for some private colleges for bachelor course in architecture as the main paper for seat allocation in government institutes is JEE mains paper 2. It is the official paper by which candidates are allowed to sit in the seat allocation counselling. Still some institutes provides admission without the score of jee mains paper 2.

Hello aspirant. In order to become an architect, you have to do architectural courses like, B.Arch. Architecture has a separate degree of it's own. You have to maintain your college for both degrees if you go for both (architecture and b.sc). You need not do b.sc for becoming an architect. If your goal is to become an architect, don't waste time in making 'Plan B'. You will have attendance issues as well.
Regards
Hello aspirant. You can. Yes, that's your answer. But just think about how you are going to manage both. You will surely have attendance, assignment problems in both. It is not recommended to go for different degrees at the same time as it may seem to be saving your time in first look but trust me it won't. You must go with your first choice. But that was all my opinion, you are still free to choose your life.
There are very less chance of getting karnataka architect college.
As per your percentile and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in b.arch are:-
Gateway college of architecture and design,Sonepat
SUPVA Rohtak
Ganga institute of architecture and town planning,Delhi

Hello Sir ,
There are companies in India as well offering good packages depending upon your university reputation and the internships you did during college.
But the scope for growth is more in abroad companies. They provide better space and projects as compared to india. You can try both the experience and take exposure to get a better idea.
Hope it helps . All the best
