Yes many institutions offer direct admissions in B.Arch course. Most of the government colleges in which seats remains vacant after all rounds of counselling they do a spot round. And this is generally like a spot round.

You should try to get good score in SAT exam, because if you can get good score, you will have chance to get admission in top colleges and even this score helps you to get scholarships and assistant-ships.
