For a job in banking, I would suggest you go with B.Com after the 12th. It stands for Bachelors in Commerce. Duration is 3 years. Opting BCom will make you understand the in-depth knowledge of core subjects like Accounting, Law, Finance which will help you in your banking exams.
Why I do not suggest BCA is because it will not help you banking sector more but help you in the IT sector.
The choice is yours.

Both BBA in Finance and BBA in Banking and Finance have good scope. You go according to your interest and choose one among it as both of them has good job opportunities.
If you are interested in both Finance and Banking then go for BBA Banking and Finance. If you are interested in only Finance then go for BBA Finance.

B.C.A students are everywhere eligible in private as well as government sectors. And yes, it will be very much useful in banking sector if you do B.C.A degree in your graduation.

After your 12th, preferably in Commerce, you should ideally pursue B.Com provided you enjoyed subjects like Commerce, Accounts, Economics and Mathematics in your 10+2. You even have an option to pursue a Bachelor of Management Studies, or BBA or BA in Economics, incase you didnt quite enjoy Commerce or Accounts, but want a career in Banking, Taxation, Finance Commercial and Consulting Firms.
Incase youre interested in Government Sector Jobs, you may hence prepare for Examinations like SBI PO, IBPS PO, RBI Grade B, Indian Economics Services or other relevant examinations.
You may even pursue a MBA after your respective undergraduate degree and hence take up positions with Financial, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Consulting and Business Organizations.
