Hello Aspirant,
See even if you have not secured 75% marks but however if you are able to secure your position in top 20 percentile of your respective board's result as per the criteria of JOSAA-2023 then you will be eligible to get admission in NITs/IIITs/ CFTIs through your your JEE-Main 2023 score and also note that at this point of time It is quite difficult to say anything very sure for next year because till now no information has been released for JEE-Main 2023 but this year d efinitely you can get admission into aforesaid institutions on the basis of your JEE-Main or JEE-Advance score even if you don't have 75% in class 12th because 75% criteria has been lifted off for this year as well so now you need to just pass in all the subjects prescribed in class 12th.

No, you cannot repeat class 12th just to improve your score instead what you can do is you can appear for improvement examination which is conducted in the month of June/July, or what you can do is either you can appear for NIOS or any other recognized open board and they provide the facility for On Demand Examinations and for the same you can appear either in the subject in which you have less score or for some other subjects in which you want improvement, from this you can save your year but make sure to check the applicable dates on the respective board's official website.
Hello aspirant,
Your total marks for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology make up 58%. For the unreserved category, a candidate must score at least 50% aggregate in all three subjects, that is, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Hence, you are eligible to give the NEET exam.
From the previous year cut-off, we can see that a general category students must score 650+ to get a government seat through All India Quota and 620+ through the state quota (this varies on the college and state you wish to take admission in). For deemed medical college, a candidate belonging to UR category must score 600+ (such as KMC Manipal and Mangalore and HIMSR, Delhi) otherwise 550+ marks are sufficient to grab you a seat in other colleges. Private colleges too will require 550+ marks. Certainly, better the rank, better the college.
Here are some preparation tips and important books you can refer to while preparing for the NEET exam- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-preparation-tips
All the best!
