Biology
Hi aspirant,
Hope you are doing great.
Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology is a national-level exam conducted once a year.
So the syllabus of this exam is huge but you don't have to cover each and everything just study those topics which have been covered in bachelors and focus only on important topics.
The exam consists of 2 sections.
Part A: 60 compulsory questions, 1 marks for each correct answer, Negative marking of ½ marks for each incorrect answer.
Part B: 60 questions to be attempted out of 100, 3 marks for each correct answer, Negative marking of -1 marks for each incorrect answer.
Part A of the exam will consist the 10+2 level questions of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology so for this you have to complete NCERT first and along with that you can go for HC Verma, Maths from RD Sharma for physics and for chemistry OP Tandon, Objective Biology by Dinesh are best. Now the part B will have a graduation level question from Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology so for that you have to study those books which you have studied in your undergraduation. In addition you can go for Biotechnology by Saras Publications, and Biotechnology by R C dubey.
Hope this helps.

Hi.
No, you are not eligible for neet examination with 21 marks in bio theory
This is because,
As per, Neet eligibility criteria ,you need to pass 12th with Biology . But you have failed in biology theory with 21 marks, and when you fail in theory , you fail in that subject i. e you have failed in biology and thus, failed to fulfil the very criteria of passing biology in order to be eligible in neet . So, you are not eligible for neet examination as to be eligible you should have passed in both theory and practical examination.
For your reference,
Neet eligibility criteria is provided below:-
-----------) As per, Neet eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with PCB( pass in both theory and practical individually) and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
-----------) Age limit :-
Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination .
Upper age limit :-The upper age limit is 25 years as on the date of neet examination and there's relaxation of 5 years for obc ncl/SC/ST /PwBD students means upper age limit is 30 years for these categories.
†††† But since 2018, the case of upper age limit is pending in supreme court , and so there's no upper age limit as of now until supreme court gives its judgement over it.
For detailed information about neet examination eligibility go through our page for which link is provided below; -
