For taking admission in BAMS, one must have completed their Class 12 or equivalent examination with science subjects ( Physics , Chemistry and Biology ) and English from a recognised board. And for a general category candidate an aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 Board examination is required.

No its not possible. You have to study all the subjects again if you want to do 12th from maths again. You have to study physics and chemistry along with maths.

it's nearly impossible ro complete 12th again by just choosing only math subject.
you have to complete your 12th with physics, chemistry,math and English with an another additional subject like computer science or information technology (IT).
but you can apply only for mathematics
