Hi Naveen,
The cut-off for biomedical engineering differs from college to college and on examinations as well. I can help you better with the cut-offs if you could inform with all details of the cut-off which you are searching. Is it for any college or any examination.
Thanks!!

Hope you find a bright future
Thank you.
It depends which college you want to get admission into as the eligibility varies exam to exam so please name it.
Hii Abhijith
Biomedical engineering program comprises study about tissue engineering, molecular or systems level biology/ physiology and mathematics. Students get to study about biomedical electronics, quantitative and analytical skills required to interpret data acquired and processing of medical data including imaging and enhancement techniques. Other aspects of the program include the study of biomechanics, cellular engineering, genetic engineering, orthopedic surgery, bio-instrumentation, medical imaging and bio-materials. Other important topics, about which the student will get to know include, about studying about advanced therapeutic and surgical devices, computer modeling of physiologic systems.
Scope- According to the reports, there will be a surge in the demand for biomedical engineers and it is predicted to rise to 23 percent between 2014 to 2024. Today, people who are facing problems related to knee or hips are even opting for replacement procedures. In the past, some of the medical tests were quite painful. However, biomedical engineers work are working towards developing technology that is less painful for patients. Every day new ways are devised to do blood tests, screening for infectious diseases and in genetics. Today, we see a surge in heart and kidney ailments as well as problems related to joints. In order to overcome these, bioengineers are involved in the designing and construction of devices such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, artificial kidneys, blood oxygenators, prosthetic hearts, and joints.
Salary- A Biomedical Engineer earns an average salary of Rs 303,833 per year. Experience strongly influences pay for this job. Most people move on to other jobs if they have more than 10 years' experience in this field.
Hope this Helps.
Hello Dinesh,
Biotechnology engineering is the study, research and development of bio-organism, micro-organism and cell functions in living beings. The course combinesengineering with other subjects like chemistry, genetics, bio-chemistry and microbiology..
It is used to engineer various artificial human body organeeles, research about different functions of the humabn body and apply methods used in engineering to biology as a whole!
Hope this helps you!
Hello Rajesh,
I think you are asking about biomedical engineer fresher's salary. See Rajesh salary of a candidate depends on calibre and aibilities. Generally the average salary of a biomedical engineer fresher is around 15 thousand to 25 thousand per month. All the best
