I got 54 percent in both 1 and 2 mbbs 57 percent in final mbbs and I belongs to oc ...can I apply for aims 2020

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 3rd Jan, 2020

Nikki, from 2020, there will be no more AIIMS MBBS entrance examination. NEET will be the entrance examination for admission to Medical Colleges across India including AIIMS and JIPMER. The DGHS wiill conduct the admission on behalf of the NMC. Now NEET has onl 50% criteria in Physics, Biology and Chemistry for General Category Candidates. But AIIMS needs 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for General Category. It is not year wise aggregate in all the subjects. If you have scored 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, then you can attend AIIMS counselling. Or else unfortunately, you cannot.
