BITSAT is easy when compared to other exams such as JEE. The best way is to practise. Don't expect too high or tricky question in this exam. Speed is the key to qualify this exam. Try solving online mock tests. Be sure with the concepts as there are more of direct questions, especially in English, Chemistry and Mental Ability. Solving books like Arihant, NCERT and your school books will be beneficial.
Lay more stress on speed. Since only 1 month is left I suggest you to solve previous year questions, and MCQ problems from books. Identify mistakes and resolve the paper.

well they haven't provide exact details of seats for b. tech but they have total around 3000seats
BITSAT 2020 is an online entrance exam conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses at its three campuses. Admission will be offered to the candidates into BE, BPharm and MSc programmes after qualifying this admission test.
BITS is expected to release the BITSAT 2020 application form in the first week of January 2020. Registration/application procedure for BITSAT 2020 will be held completely in online whereas fee can be paid in both offline and online mode.

BITSAT syllabus largely overlaps with syllabus of your 10+2 and even JEE syllabus. If you have alreay prepared for these you would not take a lot of time. ALl you have to prepare is for the extra aptitude section which will ot take a lot of time, the topics are pretty general.
