Yes, BITS Pilani strictly follows the eligibility criteria for admission to its B.Tech (CSE) and other programs through BITSAT . There is no relaxation provided in the required percentage for any category (including SC/ST/OBC or others). Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT 2025 (for B.Tech including CSE):
Minimum Marks Required:
60% or more in each subject : Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics individually
Aggregate of 75% or more in PCM combined
Qualifying Exam:
Must have passed 12th class (or equivalent) from a recognized board in 2024 or 2025 .
Subject Requirement:
Must have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in 12th. Important:
If you score below 60% in any one subject , you will not be eligible for admission, even if your total score is high or you do well in BITSAT.
BITS does not offer relaxation or provisional admission if you do not meet this minimum requirement.
