Hi aspirant,
I will be very frank with your doubt and in simple words the answer is NO.
Now, lets dig deep into the reasons "why not".
To be honest, all questions in JEE Mains come from NCERT and if you are very thorough with your NCERT books i.e. the syllabus prescribed, you are good to go.
Having said that, it is also true that NCERT books provide you with very basic knowledge of the curriculum and to crack something like Mains, you need to practise some intermediate level questions.
Also Mains being a competitive exam, if most of your competitors have practiced high-level (difficult) questions, and you have not, automatically you will be on the backseat to start with.
Find below this exhaustive article where list of Best books for JEE Mains has been carefully curated.
All the best.

Santra Publication books are mainly used by the students of West Bengal so this books don't have that much of a fame compared to other books for NEET. But this book is quite good as a practice material. So you can obviously follow that but I would say for Biology you should use some standard books also like MTG/Arihant practice questions etc. This books have more information regarding the biology and the books provides a lot of varying MCQ. But santra is good and you can practice it well.
