Hi aspirant,
You need to use your nios class 12 intermediate certificate now because once you complete your intermediate from another board the previous certificate is no longer valid and is over written. That means you would have to now always use the NIOS certificate only. Since you will pass the examination in 2022 you would be eligible for JEE main examination in years 2022 2023 and 2024 and for advanced examination in years 2022 and 23.
Hope it helps!

Hello
Yes, optional / additional subjects means the same.
In cbse class 12th , you have your 5 main subjects and if you want you can go for 6th subject which is nothing but your optional or additional subject.
So, in case of additional /optional biology, it will be your 6th subject.
Your profile suggests that your you are a medicine aspirant so I am guessing that you are asking this question in regards to neet I would like to tell you as of now the students with Biology as an additional subject or optional subject are eligible for Neet examination until Supreme Court gives its judgement after the judgement eligibility will depend upon the outcome of the judgement to so to be on the safe side it will be good to opt Biology as one of your main/core subjects
For your reference,
Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET :-
-----------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination from any recognised board with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
† ††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.
-----------) Percentage required :- You must get
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
-----------) Age limit :-
Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination .
Upper age limit :-The upper age limit is 25 years as on the date of neet examination and there's relaxation of 5 years for obc ncl/SC/ST /PwBD students means upper age limit is 30 years for these categories.
†††† But since 2018, the case of upper age limit is pending in supreme court , and so there's no upper age limit as of now until supreme court gives its judgement over it.
-----------) There's no attempt limit for neet.

Hello there,
As you have mentioned that you were not able to fill all the bubbles in your OMR sheet. Sorry to say but there are very high chances that your OMR sheet might got rejected but in some cases it can be evaluated manually. See, the answers you have not bubbled will surely be awarded a ZERO. But the no. of questions you have solved will sum up to the result in that particular subject. Since you have written the options with the appropriate answer, this will not be evaluated as strictly the examination is based on OMR. So, there are thousands of student s you have followed this.
Don't worry for what has passed, focus on present and do not repeat such type of mistake again!
They will not give you a chances for this mistake. Hope this answer helps you!
Thank you and all the best for future :)
Greetings,
In order to apply for CBSE class 12 exam as a private candidate you have to apply with your previous roll no and center no. While doing so your subject details will be automatically filled and you will have to appear only for the compartment subjects. Please refer to the below link for more details-

Hi Aspirant!
Actually PHE as optional subject does not replace lowest marks in class 12 Boards unless you failed in main subjects.
Afterwards in college /any exam/ any company placement they count Percentage from whatever number of subjects are mentioned whether it's 5 subjects ,6 subjects or 7 subjects. There are no main papers and optional papers according to them.
Dear student,
As per the question asked by you let me tell you that due to medical reasons as you have reappeared for 2021 and your status is passed so I would advise you to not appear for improvement until and unless you would require this to join some college.
If you really want to appear for improvement then I would recommend you to contact the school officials to get the right details for it.
