You cannot directly appear in class 12th and gibe from any board.You will have to complete your class 11th with pass marks in all the subjects to appear for class 12th from any board.

You are definitely eligible for NEET 2022  with having completed your class 12th with PCB in 2020 provided you fulfill rest of the eligibility criteria irrespective of the fact that you had passed 12th earlier as well in 2018 with PCM.

Hello!

Yes, according to CBSE rules, you can take a gap year or two in between academic career but you have to provide a valid document for valid reason for this. You need to submit your pass certificate of class 10th, Passport size photograph, Transfer certificate, Character certificate.
