Dear,
Yes, you can do self-study and crack any exam even if you have very little financial support.
See, this was not possible few years back but nowadays from the day in India has been given on low cost online education has seen revolution and lot of study materials are there on Youtube and various such platform.
And because of getting large number of views and to attract students, they are bounded to give good content and hence you can find many good contents over internet.
After going through the contents, you have to choose which suits you the best. Just stick to that channel for continuous study and in between if you find difficulty you can shift to other channels for doubt clearance.
Now comes the most important part and that is you have to do practice of questions after studying topics, remember that only studying is useless if you do not practice questions.
You have to find questions sheet and have to solve just after completing a particular topics, do not keep mindset like you will solve later when you complete whole syllabus.
By this way you can be able to crack any exams.

Dear Aspirant,
First of all, I would like to appreciate your thought of going for UPSC exam. Secondly, I suggest that you should join a college as it is mentioned in the UPSC eligibility criteria that candidates between the age group of 21 to 32 years with a graduation degree are eligible to apply for the UPSC IAS Exam. Also, Applicants belonging to reserved category are eligible for relaxation in age and number of attempts in the UPSC IAS Exam.
For more details about the eligibility criteria, you can visit :- https://competition.careers360.com/articles/upsc-ias-eligibility-criteria
Coming to the foundation courses for UPSC, there are various institutions providing these. Vajiram and Ravi and Drishti IAS are good and heard coaching institutions.

Dear Student,
There are many top coaching are in Kota you can choose like Allen, Resonance, Aakash etc. and fee is also different in these institute but to crack JEE exam coaching does not matter the more but your self preparation.
And if you are planning to choose Allen then this is the 1 year fee structure of the 12th passout student. They have the separate batch for 12th student called ENTHUSIAST and the fee for this batch is 116000/- per year and you can pay this fee in two installment i.e. first installment is 40,000 and the second installment is 76,000.
Good Luck :)
See if you have good concepts then you have nothing to worry. Concepts are mainly important. As you are having economical crisis then affording a lot of books isn't possible. Thus I would say if you have internet connection then you can search online for previous years of JEE. These are easily available you can download this papers and practice the problems in order to get idea about it.
Now for Physics there is a book by HCVERMA sir. You can get the soft copy of its both volume online. Download it and just recapitulate the concepts and then start practicing problems. For chemistry emphasize a lot on Inorganic and Organic chemistry. Questions from this portions comes with good weightage. Now mathematics is all about practice, thus if you can afford some practice materials for Mathematics then it would be helpful. You can buy the DPP series by Arihant for practicing problems. See the main funda of JEE MAINS is the problems solving skills. If you build the problem solving skills upto the mark then believe me you will crack it.

See if you wish you can join coaching classes but it isn't necessary. You should strengthen your fundamentals in 11th and 12th and you can join the coaching in the 1st year/starting of the 2nd year of your college. Most of the coaching institute design there courses for 2 years. Thus in this way you will complete the course by the end of your graduation. As a result you will save a lot of time compared to that of any other aspirant. But if you start taking coaching classes from 11th then you have to again get admitted for the course in your 2nd year of graduation. So its better for you to go for coaching classes from 1st year or starting of 2nd year of your UG course.
