i started the clat 2020 preparation yet so when i should start current affairs section ? what in the ideal time to start it?

hey,

current affair is a section which you need to revise every day. other wise there is chances for forgetting it. so I would suggest you to daily follow any one of the news paper or you may follow bankers adda magazine. every day spend 1 hr for studying. you will surely get success.

I am an MBA from K J Somaiya Institute Of Management Studies. i havent appeared my 11th Standard ( FY.JC ) after my SSC. I directly appeared 12th through Maharashtra State Board as i had gap between my 10th and 12th Std for 4 years.... CAN I APPLY FOR LLB ( 3 YEARS ) CLAT & ADDMISSION. HELP

If you have done your 10th and 12th,you can fill the form for LLB, in CLAT you over all academic career will be seen and on the basis of that you will get the college but you can go for CLAT too.

Eligibility requirement for UG program:


Qualifying exam: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognised university or board.

Marks in qualifying exam: General category candidates need minimum 45% marks in the qualifying exam,  while SC and ST candidates need only 40% marks.

Age limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in CLAT 2020

Candidates who are appearing in qualifying exam in March/April 2020: Such candidates may also apply, subject to the condition they produce evidence of passing the qualifying exam at time of admission

CLAT is a Common law Admission test to pursue law course in Under graduation as well as Lost graduation. One must know clearly about the Institutes wgiwh offers admission through CLAT. CLAT 2020 will be held tentatively in the month of May,2020.

I would like to tell you that Cut off of any Examination is determined by
  • Level of difficulty of the paper
  • Previous years cutoff
  • Total number of candidates who appeared for exam
  • Total number of seats as per the category and reservation policies

Previous year cut off of CNLU for
  • general category is around 1100
  • sc/ st category is around 16000-17000
  • State economically backward class is 9000

yes you are eligible. you are eligible for CLAT after you passed your 10+2 course . as there is no age limit for attempting clat exam you can surely apply for it.

Dear Sanskriti, there is CLAT PG for admission to LLM programmes. For being eligible for CLAT PG, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law. Now you haven't mentioned your specialization in Graduation. If you have a LLB degree, you can appear for CLAT PG. But if you want to appear for CLAT, you can appear because there is no upper age limit for CLAT. But it will be a detour for you because this course is opted after 10+2.
