The eligibility criteria for DU LLB exam is as follows:
Candidates need to have passed graduate/postgraduate exams of Delhi University or any other qualifying University. General category students need atleast 50% marks in aggregate. There is some relaxation in aggregate marks for reserved category students. SC/ST students require 40% and OBC/PwD/CW students require 45% in the graduate or postgraduate exams. Unfortunately , you are not eligible now.

There are no colleges as such you can attend for Company Secretary.But you can register for training outside starting with the foundation course. Company secretary coaching course (foundation level) can take as long as 8 months. The fee for the same would be around Rs.3000-5000.

You must be aware that Company Secretary (CS) is one of the most pivotal posts in a company with the CS acting as a conscience seeker of the company who is hired to handle the legal aspects of a firm. With CS comes a big responsibility of handing the company’s tax returns, keeping records, advising board of directors and making sure that the company's proceedings is in adherence with the legal regulations.
In India, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under Company Secretaries Act, 1980, is the only government recognized body which produces Company Secretaries in India.
There are three levels where you may choose to enrol in the course.
Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme
Once you clear the final level, the Professional Programme, you would be required to go through four months of mandatory training.
To prepare for the exam, it is advised to go to an Institute, however if you are a confident independent learner you may choose to do self study.

Knowing the syllabus and the examination pattern well is a key stepping stone towards success for any student.

Depending on which level you are in, get good study material .
Tip 4: Solve More CS Practice Papers
Try to solve more objective papers every day. It will help you to know the pattern of the question paper. It will also boost your speed and even help you to develop time management skill.
You will find many Institutes who will have a full program to coach you for the exam depending on the level you are preparing for. These institutes will know the trick to the trends of the examinations and also will know many tricks that they pass on to the student. The total expenditure depends upon the books you want to buy are of which publication, it will be better if you go to bookseller and ask him, it will be good if you lend book from library or buy second hand books.
Mostly a book costs 100-500, so you can get the idea.

The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e. Foundation Programme Executive Programme Professional Programme
The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme Professional Programme

Company Secretary is a principle post of a company. A candidate is hired as a company secretary for handling the legal aspects, Complete Tax's returns, He/she also give advises the board of Directors. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is the Institute which provides education and training to the candidates who want to become a Company Secretary. To become a professional Company Secretary you have to qualify 3 levels of Training and Examination conducted by ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India).
The levels are:-

Company Secretary course:-
