Dear Aspirant
That is too big a time frame to judge for the salary of a company secretary, given dynamics of the corporate it may be possible that after that much years of experience you might be in some key position like managing directors, etc.
Hope this helps you, thank you.
Dear Aspirant,
Company secretaries mostly work with the private firms and companies, and there is no provision of pension in almost all the private companies, so it can be said that in a general scenario, company secretaries will not get pensions.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
Hello
Both CA and CS are good for your future, the thing is what you decides matters the most.
In most cases, there isn't a point to get both of these certifications. Both credentials offer different opportunities, but in most cases a CA can do everything that a CS can do. Thus, if you are going to get one certification, you are better off just becoming a chartered accountant.
Hope my answer helped you.
IIM Ahamadabad has the programme in Food & Agro Mills management, Someone from B.Sc Agriculture programme would be preferred & she can get admission with low score also.
CS V/s MBA both are the very different career. Company secretaryship is the specialist in particular domain. If student is looking getting into specialization & being working within the domain. Company secretary is a strategic requirement in all companies & hence it gives you assure career and MBA in contrary will give the exposure of all the areas then he/she can decide which one area he/she wants to get into. The another option the student can consider law which is closer to company Secretary so between CS & law is one domain specialist v/s Journalist who will over the period time rise to top. Both will give the student very good option but end of the day if she has enjoyed this work then may be this is what should be going ahead with his/her.

It depends from which college you want to do your Bcom. If you want to do it from Delhi University then on an average your fees for full course of three years will be atleast INR 50000. Note that it may differ from college to college.
Now as far as CS course is considered there will be registration fees and examination fees. Also if you plan to take classes for the subjects then it will increase.
Hope it helps!
Hi Azeez,
The course Company Secretary is not offered/teaching by any college or university. It is offered by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. To do this course you have to register your self, the books will be delivered to you by post or you can collect it from office itself and do preparation yourself or you can go to coaching or institutes for the preparation as the course is not that easy for everyone so that everyone cannot do this by their own self.
hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.
Thank You.
