Hello james,
The two key concepts of Darwin’s theory of evolution are:
1. Branching Descent
2. Natural Selection
Branching Descent
It is the process in which new species originate from a single ancestor. They became adapted to the new environment through reproductive isolation. For eg., Darwin’s finches which evolved from a single grain eater species.
Natural Selection
In this process, the variations in an individual facilitate better survival of species. They reproduce in large numbers. These variations are passed on to successive generations which help them to survive in the changing environmental conditions. For eg., few giraffes have long necks while others have short necks. If the low-lying shrubs are eliminated for some reason, the giraffes with short necks would be replaced by giraffes with long necks.

Hi Taj,

You could watch some tutorials on Youtube and draw or sketch accordingly.
Three types questions are asked:-
Hello aspirant
Physical education is a graded Subject . It is mandatory to pass in P. E.
But it can't be replaced by any other subject . Drawing also extra subject. If you have not done well in chemistry , and if you have PCMB or biotechnology.
Suppose you are not qualifying with PCM, then maths can be replaced by biology or biotechnology or IT or Technical subject to qualify
But PC y are compulsory subjects .If you are getting even passing marks in physics and chemistry then one of the above subject can be taken as 3rd subject in which you have got good marks but not drawing and P.E.
But to qualify for IIT or nit, you have to score 75% aggregate .

You can watch tutorial videos on Youtube for more information and clarity on the same.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
Vikky, for Starters, there is no minimum aggregate criteria for JEE Mains. You should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Now Chemistry can be replaced with any vocational subject. But the aggregate is considered when appearing for JEE Advanced which is the gateway for IITs, NITs and GFTIs. For Candidates belonging to General Category, it is 75% and for Reserved Category Candidates, it is 65%. 75% or 65% is calculated from the marks scored in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Language and any other subject other than these 4 with the highest marks will be considered. So you cannot exclude Physics from the subjects. So retain Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and the top scoring subject between CS and Drawing and then calculate the score.
